Come and visit us at Bodmin Produce Market at The Bodmin Garden Nursery every 3rd Saturday of the month from 10 am - 2 pm and Lostwithiel Produce Market every 4th Saturday of the month from 10 am - 1 pm.

With Summer fast approaching, it's time to consider getting the BBQ out! Silver Chilli transforms a good BBQ into a memorable one! Smother Burgers & Hot Dogs with our gorgeous relishes, marinade your joints, chicken and prawns with our fantastic Sweet Chilli Sauce and celebrate Cornish produce at its very best.
We are going to have another go at growing the Dragon’s Breath chilli this year and will keep you posted.
Silver Chilli Awards
2024 continues our run of accolades here at Silver Chilli with a ‘Taste of the West’ Silver Award for our sumptuous Chocolate Habanero Relish.
We strive to be one of the best Relish makers in the UK and constantly work on new recipes, tweaks to existing recipes, branding, our ecological footprint and of course, to listen to our customers.
Our 'Super Hot' 7 Pot Yellow Relish achieved a Silver Award at the 2024 National Chilli Awards and was one of many Silvers given among illustrious company.

2024 updates
Besides the regular recipes we will be concocting some delicious new relishes this year! We are working on recipes to show off 'White Naga', 'Katie Habanero' and we're also creating a Silver Chilli take on Piccalilli.
Also likely to emerge at some point will be a Hot Sauce which we are currently developing.
We are planning a new page on our website this year of both yours and our recipes using our relishes so if you have concocted any amazing dishes you would like to share please email us with an image and the recipe. Once we have enough we will set a page up.
